Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Nevada

I live in Illinois and am the executor of my father's estate. He lived Nevada, and his condominium was deeded to me upon his death. There is a HELOC tied to the home. His estate is not large enough to cover the cost of the balance. The bank is threatening foreclosure if I do not pay. Am I personally responsible for the remainder?

As executor or personsl respresentative you have no personal obligation for the balance. If your father's estate does not have the funds then let the bank have it.
