Legal Question in Workers Comp in Nevada

Out on WC - Must they continue my regular benefits?

I was injured at work and have been out several months. Must my employer continue to contribute to my Health Insurance and Can they make me use FMLA while I am out?

If you have an accepted workmen's compensation claim, your employer should continue to contribute to your insurance and you should be receiving disability benefits.

However, if you're claim is not accepted, your employer could require you to use FMLA and vacation time to compensate you.

You should speak to an attorney regarding your situation. Give my office a call and we can set up a consultation.
