Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Hampshire

My boyfriend and I purchased a house but are no longer together. I moved out, but my name is on the deed. His name is on the mortgage. What are my rights to this house?

Your rights on the property will depend on what the Deed actually says. If your name is on the deed, until you transfer your share to him you will still have an ownership interest in the real estate. If your name is not on the mortgage, you will not be personally liable for the mortgage but if you wish to keep the property and your ex-boyfriend stops paying, you will need to make payments to prevent foreclosure.
