Can I cancel a used car contract that I signed, but put no money down and have not taken delivery of the vehicle.

s a Franchise Attorney I can say this. The answer is most likely no, unless the contract you signed says that not taking delivery or putting money down is grounds to rescind (cancel) the contract. And that's unlikely, since the car dealership drafts these contracts. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
