Legal Question in Business Law in New Hampshire

Our small business (HVAC) is owed approximately $800,000.00 in extra services outside of ongoing contract with a leading grocery store chain in MA/NH area. We are not being paid for these extra services occuring over the last two years. We have met with them repeatedly and resubmitted invoices over and over again. They simply use another HVAC company if we decline any extra jobs. They are about 20% of our business. How and what kind of legal action do we pursue to collect these funds?

As a Franchise Attorney I can say the following. It appears your client accepted the extra services, so there is either an express or implied contract, depending on what your contract says (or doesn't). The $800k is not a small amount by any means, so you should pursue a lawsuit after consulting with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
