Legal Question
Non payment for services rendered
I worked for an online magazine, I was supposed to be paid $3000 for 6 weeks worth of writing. The site posted all of my articles, there are almost 100 in total, and now they say they have no money to pay me. What recourse do I have. I did not sign a contract but have all of the conversations saved from instant messenger.
