Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Hampshire

I was charged with 4 counts of felony reckless conduct in NH. I have been offered a job out of state and was wondering what are the chances if I left the state they would track me down.

The Answer simply depends on the extent to which your new employer will run criminal record checks on you and whether those record checks are limited to the state in which your new employer is located. Many employers seek your assent to secure information relating to your criminal record. I am a NH lawyer and, in my experience, a record check here will disclose the fact that you have been charged with these offenses, but that they have not been resolved if they are still pending. Unfortunatly, that means that the answer to your question is maybe. Good luck and, more importantly, it sounds as if you are facing serious charges. My recommendation is to seek and secure the services of an attorney that specializes in criminal defense and is comfortable in the court where your case is pending.
