Legal Question in DUI Law in New Hampshire
with 2 dwu on my record can i still get my cdl licence, if not can i get it back at all in this state.?

You would likely have to petition DMV and explain why you should have a CDL. I'm sure they would require a substantial period of time between the offense and reinstatement of your CDL -- likely several years. It's not a clear shot and you are likely to hit a few challenges in your efforts.
