Legal Question in DUI Law in New Hampshire

Alcohol Violation

I was recenly in the passenger seat of a car that was pulled over and the driver was charged with DWI, and alcohol was found in the car, that i was unaware was even there, so i was given a charge of minor in possission of alcohol(i only being 18) and released on a summons. My questions are this: Should i have been told what i blew on the breatherizer and is there any way of finding this out before my court date? and if i blew .00 then is there really a case against me? should i plead not quilty? any help would be greatly appricated. and thank you for your time.

Re: Alcohol Violation

Possession does not mean ingestion. I am surprised that you were given a breathalizer. You may be able to negotiate some good deal even a dismissal upon court costs if you have a clean record.
