Legal Question in DUI Law in New Hampshire

DWI If 3 officers have submitted statements, 2 special, and one supervising sergent, supervising sergent asked for a continuance from me less than 7 days before court. I refused. is not comming to court, can I ask the court for dissmissal of case due to lack of proscution....

You may ask the court for any relief you desire. Whether the court will grant the relief will be based upon all of the facts and circumstances related to the reason for the continuance. Also, unless you have issued a subpoena for the supervisor, is he a critical witness? If the case can be proved by the other two officers, the testimony of the supervisor may not be needed. What exculpatory evidence do you intend to obtain from the supervisor?
