Legal Question in Family Law in New Hampshire

Divorce

I currently do not have a lawyer due to financial reasons. I can't afford one. I'm in the middle of getting a divorce after 37 years of marriage. The husband filed for divorce in January of 2007. I want to file an extreme mental abuse and need a form for interrogatories questions to give to his lawyer. Can you please let me know where I can find that?

I don't think you'll be able to get an attorney to provide you with such a document. Generally these have to be carefully crafted to fit the circumstances of each case. Since you are financially challenged, you may wish to consider contacting the New Hampshire Bar Association. They operate a Pro Bono program to provide free legal services for those in need. 224.6934.
