Paternity, Child Support and Divorce.
My wife lied to me about the child she was pregnant for 8 years ago when we were first married. I have not seen the child in 8 years, due to being overseas in Iraq. Upon my return, I found her in bed with a neighbor and we legally separated. I found out that the child was not mine and does not recognize me as her father. She lived somewhere in Nevada. I don't have an address nor do I have a telephone number as she calls me for money from different numbers each week. How can be prevented from having to pay child support and get my divorce and what are my legal rights?

Your case has some difficult issues. I would need to examine the Separation Agreement terms and conditions. In many cases a Separation can be converted into a Divorce. However, there will be a requirement that she be given proper legal notice. If the Separation required you to pay child support, you must pay all amounts owed until there is a new order issued. You should hire an attorney to examine the matter in detail and see appropriate legal protection.
