Legal Question in Family Law in New Hampshire

I have had primary custody of both of my daughters since 2004. As of Jan 2011 all visitation was stopped with their mother due to her criminal assault against me. Mid 2011 my ex's mother filed for grandparents visitation which was denied. She has filed for grandparents visitation again. This is scheduled for a hearing on 8/14/2012. It is a matter of me filing a motion to dismiss citing the original decision in 2011 and filing the paperwork? I'm in NH and thank you for any help to this question.

You can file such a Motion but do not rely on prevailing based on just the Motion and the previous decision. If they are filing again they may have new information that might change the court's decision. Look at the previous court decision and cite those same reasons in your Motion. Don't forget to go to the hearing.
