Legal Question in Employment Law in New Hampshire

I have been discriminated against at my current job since I returned from maternity leave almost 6 years ago. It started when my boss at the time took me to HR for taking time off to care for my son when he got sick. He was in daycare and picked up everything, and I also got sick which included everything from Strep to Pneumonia. I was within my allotted time off (sick and PTO). I even had time left to take in December. She has since then tried to undermine my position including trying to get me in trouble with my new bosses. Recently I applied for a new position in the company and the interview was more like an interrogation of a suspect and was left defending myself and my reputation. Is there any legal action I can take?

IMPORTANT: Employment discrimination claims MUST be filed within 180 days of the last date of discrimination.

You should contact the NH Commission for Human Rights and do an intake with them. If after hearing the more particular details of your situation, they believe you can file a Charge of Discrimination, please contact my office and we may be able to assist you with your case. Based on the limited information here, I can't properly evaluate your case. The Commission is very helpful and friendly, give them a call and get back in touch for your future legal needs.
