Legal Question in Real Estate Law in New Hampshire
abandoned items
I asked a former partner to leave my home last December. He has been gone since 12/31/08. He has not collected his personal items - ie, golf clubs, clothes, some furniture, etc. I want to have these items removed from my home. What steps do I have to take to have these items considered abondoned to give me a legal right to dispose of them.

You will need to comply with all of the rules of Landlord/Tenat law concerning evictions and storing personal items.
