Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in New Hampshire

Ex husband brings forth old will

My mother passed away after 14 yrs of marraige to her second husband, after along bout with lung cancer. She left no will. He has filed a motion in court to be the administrater of her assets. I have 2 sisters and our father, my moms ex, say he has a will from 1972. Which seems to have been executed properly. Would he be entitled to her assets.

thanks

Re: Ex husband brings forth old will

Probably not, as divorce typically revokes provisions for a former spouse, unless the will explicitly provides otherwise (i.e., unless the will mentions the divorce).
