Legal Question in Disability Law in New Jersey
my doctor is placing me out of work alittle early on disability because i am pregnant. My job is saying that i must use my materinty and all saved time first. why should i have to use that time now if i'm out on disability and not when my child is born? my companys home base in NYC so they don't concider pregnancy a disability like new jersey does. So i would file disability through the state right?

Your employer is right and pregnancy is not a disability in NJ.
