Legal Question in Bankruptcy in New Jersey

My 22 yr daughter owes $12,000.00 in credit card debt and $5,000.00 in student loans. She makes $1000.00 per month. Can she file a chapter 7 for the cc debt?

Your daughter can file for a chapter 7 if she does not want to work out a payment plan with her creditors.
