Legal Question in Bankruptcy in New Jersey

My dad does not have a bank account -- for the last year, I was depositing his social security checks and paying his bills with them.

I wrote my sister a check for $7,200 (memo: Dad) to open an account for him because I want to file bankruptcy. Will a trustee sue her for this money, even though it was not a loan?
