Re: my home

You have rights that you need to assert. It is clear that you need to discuss this matter in detail with an attorney knowledgeable in both real estate and bankruptcy (with some matrimonial knowledge as well). Do not delay. I am in Mt. Laurel, so you may want to find someone closer to where you live judging by your zip code. Call me if you would like.

Re: my home

There are many details that you need to fill in before I can give you a good answer. I would be happy to help you with this, however Jeffrey is correct in that you need to take action now, because from what you say, it sounds like your home is in jeopardy. If you would like to discuss your options further, please email me to setup a consultation, or call me at 215_546_4700.
