The most important aspect will be the written LLC Membership Interest Transfer Agreement. There are of course a lot of other aspects that might be germane to your situation.

You will need to enter into a membership interest purchase agreement with the buyer, issue the relevant LLC member resolutions and likely amend the operating agreement of the LLC.
