Legal Question in Business Law in New Jersey

A warehouse owner/employer in Linden, NJ has a habit of firing legal eligible workers and hires illegal workers. Tells the employees he has no money to pay them while he goes and puts employment opportunities in a polish site looking to hire polish people. He then lies to unemployment stating they quit and laughs throughout the office when unemployment is denied to them. He writes checks and cancels them because he does not want to pay the people he owes money to. He owns a hoyse but says he rents so he and his family can get medicaid from NY. He writes bogus checks every week with peoples names that never have worked there before and cashes them then gives it to his supervisors. He owns the company but says his sister owns it because he changed the company name from solomons warehouse which he owes everyone money to ec warehouse which is under his sisters name but she Does not own the company. What can I do
