Legal Question in Technology Law in New Jersey

I have a checking acct with Netspend and my acct got hacked into by someone from Paris, France and there was unauthorized merchandise on my acct. I spoke to a couple of customer service reps to see what are they going to do about the person hacking into my acct and will they reimburse me back with my money. The customer service reps assured me that they will put my money back into my acct in 7 days. I disputed the unauthorized items and got a police report done. I spoke to the dispute dept today and they informed me that I will have my money back in 90 days when I was told 7 days. Please give me some legal advice on how I should handle this situation because the holidays are coming and I need my money back and it seem like they are really not helping me out and basically told me that they will investigate it should take 7 days and 90 days for me to get my money back. I really don't understand why it would take that long.
