Legal Question in Consumer Law in New Jersey

Can I ask for triple damages on a consumer fraud case. An investigator that took my money without providing any single piece of paper or information in NJ.

If your claims fits under the CFA, you can claim triple damages and attorney fees. However, non-performance of a contract is not necessarily consumer fraud no matter how irritating it might be. If you want to discuss the facts, feel free to call.
