Legal Question

Discovey???? Not answered!

I'm being sued by a collection agency in regard to a credit card??? I never had, I have answered there intorattorie's. I also as them for discovery, and mailed certified mil to them 2 months ago. Still have not sent me answer's. Court date is 2 weeks away. I'M 63 AND CAN'T AFFORD A ATTORNEY. PLEASE ADVISE ME .--name removed--KALISH
