Legal Question in Criminal Law in New Jersey

Please help me

A friend was caught stealing from her job, I had nothing and knew nothing about this but my name is in the report do i have anything to worry about?

Possibly, it depends why your name was in the report. I would need more information. If it was just, person X was working the same shift during the incident, you are probably ok. However, if it was, person X was seen walking, talking, etc. with suspect, then you may have a problem.
