how much jail time do you do on a 364 county bid?????

As long as there is no mandatory minimum time that you must serve stipulated in the plea/sentencing agreement, usually you can be eligible for parole after you have done about half your time. This does not mean that you will necessarily be released at that time; it just means that you can apply to get out after that much time. You could very well do the entire 364 days before you are released. If you would like to discuss your case in more detail please contact my office.
