It depends on what they charge you with. The max is 10 years with 85% if you are charged with attempted sexual assault

It is a matter of the exact words used. There is potentially a charge of impairing the morals of a minor. What is more important is that words that constitute some form of enticement to engage in sexual relations with an adult could give rise to a charge of endangering a minor, an offense with a maximum sentence of ten years in prison and a mandatory requirement of imprisionment, even for a first offender.
