Possesion charge in passaic nj

I was arrested on friday and charged with possesion of marijuana. I is my second offense and my previous charge was conditonally discharged. I want to know how i can get the minimum sentence and possibly not loose my license because i commute to school. I am willing to go to rehab and do whatever it takes because I do not want anything to do with pot anymore.

I would need to review all of the evidence on your case before I can make a determination about your chances in court. If you are found guilty of possession you are looking at a mandatory loss of your driver's license. The best thing you can do is to get a good attorney. Since this is your second offense, you may have trouble avoiding the DL suspension without one. An agressive defense of the charges is your best bet in this case.
