You should absolutely show up or risk having a warrant issued for your arrest... The only other option is to hire an attorney and have them request that no warrant be issued in court...

Whatever you do ma'e sure you don't just blow off the court date. If you're incarcerated you can't work at all, keep that in mind.

The law says that a DWI case has to be heard within 60 days of the date of the incident. In order to properly handle your case, and to get an adjournment, hire a lawyer to represent you to try and beat the charge or work out an appropriate plea on your case.
