Legal Question
I have been to municipal court now four times for the same charge. Every time I have gone, they have no records for them to give me a penalty. I am sent home each time and told to come back. My charge happened on July 4th, it is now going to Oct. 27th and I have missed 4 days of work already and I ned to knwo if I have any options now.
