I have been married for 50 years.Can my husband make a Will and leave me nothing if he dies I live in N.J.

Yes he can; however, you get to elect whether to take your statutory amount of 1/3 of his estate whether you are named or not named in his Will. If you have a house that's titled in both names as husband and wife, the house is excluded from the Will and it becomes yours.
