Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Alimony

I have recently obtained Proof that my husbands EX Wife has been co-habitating by residence address info. In their divorce it stipulated that should she co-habitate she would loose her alimony.

Can we file these papers direct with the court, without an attorney so, what would the motion be called, and how can I find a sample so that we may not incur attorney costs.

Re: Alimony

Thank you for your inquiry.

Cohabitation cases are extremely complicated, even if the divorce decree specifically states that alimony will automoatically terminate.

As it would be my pleasure to speak to you regarding your post-judgment motion, please feel free to contact my office at 732 246 0909 to discuss same.

Very truly yours,
