Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My attorney has promised to get me money from my soon-to-be-ex-husvand, but hasn't. A useless motion was filed. Apparently, the judge us aware he isn't paying me, but has done nothing. How is this fair and equitable? I did everything they asked me to. My husband cheats, lies and hid money and hasn't been held accountable. What do I do?
