child support

when child support is calculated do they use the true overnites with each parent including summer vacation and other holidays, in

my last consent order did not use my overnites in the summer or other school holidays which were spelled out in a previous consent order

Normally they don't, even though I think they should. But it depends on how it breaks down really. If you have 2 weeks and the other party as 2 weeks, then that balance out right? Because of that, it is usually just how many you have based upon the weekly/bi-weekly visitiation. Make sure you have get a copy of the worksheet so you can double check the calculations. I've seen so many that are wrong.
