Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I was divorced on April 30, 2015. My ex-husband is now taking me back to court through a court motion to change the life insurance beneficiary. He is only doing this because I now have a boyfriend. He is trying to twist things and say that I was having an affair before we were separated (separated since March 2014). Which I was not. I have a feeling he is going to be very spiteful and continually try and change things or make things difficult for me for QDRO, etc. Can he change the divorce decree because he now claims adultery. He is very verbally, mentally and emotionally abusive and had been physically and he will continue to waste the courts time if allowed to keep filing motions after the fact and final divorce.. I'm afraid he is twisting things to get what he wants. He obviously has a lot of money if he can keep filing motions, but my money is tight and needed to support our child, not wasted on court fees for frivolous complaints about things that he's already agreed too.

It is unlikely that a court will change the agreement, but one can never fully predict how a judge will decide anything.

If he files motions against you you can request attorney's fees when you prevail. His having a lot of money is quite convenient.
