Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Divorced for 7 years and I have shared parenting but our two daughters, 20 and 17, live with me most of the time (they live with their mom every other weekend and every wednesday). She pays me child support. Our oldest daughter has her license and she pays for most of her car insurance and I pick up the rest. We split the cost of her used car. I have her on my policy. Our youngest child now has her license and although I added her as a driver on my policy, I feel my ex should add the car to her policy when we find one. That way we split the risk asociated with young drivers. She feels it is my responsibility to have both on my policy. My ex also feels that I should give her school lunch money for our youngest on the days that she sends her off to school. I thought shared parenting meant shared expenses. My ex is always threatening to take me back to court to prove she is right about these support issues

This kind of dispute requires a smart divorce lawyer. The amount of money that your exwife is trying to get from you is enough to matter. but you do not want to spend thousands of dollars on a lawyer to deal with this.

still, it would help if you could talk to a lawyer and get some help without having to pay thousands to a lawyer.

call me if you want me to assist; i will try to handle this in a way that makes sense, short fast and cheap.
