Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

i am divorcing my wife. she hired attorney and gave him many of facts which is a complete lie. her attorney never checked how truthful those claims were. My wife signed certification that all facts given are true. is it obligation of my wife's attorney to check if all facts are correct before certification is signed?
