what can I do about a man irately entering my house and assaulting my 13yr old son. The man was a stranger that thought my son hit his daughter on the school bus. It was a misunderstanding

Entering another's premises for the purpose of committing a crime is burglary and a very serious crime.
Charge him with the offense and let him learn the error of his ways.
