The father of my child testified in court that he makes $25.00 and hour and he worked overtime giving him 69,000 a yr. He did not provide the income tax in court Does overtime counts towards child support? Can the jugde set my income even though I did provide my tax returns at 6,000 a yr?

Yes, the court can and should take into account overtime. And yes, the judge can impute your income because you are not even making minimum wage.
