Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

He filed a motion stating that I'm living with someone and I am, my future sister in law who's place will be ready soon. She does not pay my bills. The judge denied the motion stating its not a marital setting and he still has to pay. A week later her refuses saying we're going back to court. What can I do now? Do I have to file another motion where I have to wait a whole month for a hearing

Did you have an attorney? If so, you should discuss this with him/her. If not, call me at 732/773/2768 to discuss. You probably will have to wait for a hearing but an attorney can help you ensure that this never happens again.
