foreclosure

i am in separation and my house is in foreclosure. Can the bank garnish your wage?

You must act quickly. List the house for sale immediately. The bank does not want your house so long as you are acting to pay off the mortgage.

If you allow the house to sold at a sheriff's sale after a foreclosure judgment is entered against you you will be stuck with the difference between the judgment against you and the amount that some sharpie buys your house for at a sheriff's sale.
