Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My husband and I are getting divorced. My parents are coming to stay with us in our house for 6 months. The deed to the house is on both my husband's and my name. Can he legally kick my parents out of our house? I own half of the house, so do I have a right to bring my parents to live with me in my house even if my husband doesn't support that idea? Can he call the cops to remove my parents out of our jointly own house? Thank you.

You should hire an attorney for the divorce and rely on his/her advice. He can call the cops for anything and what they do is up to them. I would suggest that you sit down with your attoreny, your husband and his attorney and come up with a consent order as to how this is all going to work out. If you do that, you won't have to worry about all of these issues.
