Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My ex is being investigated for child abuse. We have a hearing in a week for establishment of custody, do I need to inform the judge of this before the case? Or do I have to detail the particulars of the investigation?

Good Lord.

Let me get this straight: you are fighting in Court to get custody of your children. And you want to know if you should tell the judge ahead of time that your ex is being investigated for child abuse.

Please get a lawyer. Your children's lives depend on it.
