Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I have joint legal and shared physical custody of my 4 year old daughter. Her mother and I both get two weeks a year for vacation. She is not in school yet. Am I allowed to take her out of state to DisneyWorld next year.

Depends on wording of order...you should petition the court to make sure or have you lawyuer call her attorney.
