Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I believe i have overpaid child support for 3 1/2 years,support was being garnished.found out few months later from son that child i was paying support for never attended college can i get my money back because ex never informed child support that daughter stopped going to college but kept collecting child support checks for almost 4 years
