Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

For the past 3 years my daughter has shared a home that was purchased together with the father of her child. They never married but have lived in this household with their daughter. She has been the main supporter of their home since he has not held a fulltime position for a few years now and has been collecting unemployment. She has recently found out that he is abusing drugs. She has asked to seek medical help but he refuses to acknowledge that he has a drug problem. She has also asked him to separate which he refuses to do. How should she handle this situation? What recourse does she have regarding the house and custody of her child. Can she get a court order to remove him from the house. If he won't leave can she move out with her daughter? Are there any free legal services to her as a single mother?
