Relocating to Georgia
I have joint custudy of my 3 yr old son with primary residence. The father has visitation every other weekend but is in the military and stationed in Colorodo and rarely sees his son. I want to relocate with my fiance to Georgia in order for him to open a dental practice there. If my baby's father objects, can he stop me from moving? What steps should I take to get a court order in my favor?

You must demonstrate to the Court that
your move to Georgia is not for the purpose of denying visitation to the child's father. Presently, there is no
visitation being exercised due to military service. Someone stationed in Colorado can visit Georgia as easily as he can visit New Jersey.
