How much stuff is it? Is it valuable, or just clothing? Can it be stored in a location that he could get later if he wants it? Are there other issues that still need to be resolved so that this could be taken care of in the longer run? These are all questions that need to be answered before your question can be answered properly. Keep in mind that this advice is based purely on the little bit of information that you have given to me. There certainly may be other factors that would change my opinion. Further, no one can rely on advice from an attorney who has not been retained. You will only be able to rely on advice from an attorney who you have actually retained. Good luck! Rob Gleaner
