Is there a set distance within the state of NJ you are allowed to relocate your child without the court's consent?

Most cases focus on out of state removal. However, there is a case that says that if you move so far away (hard to do since NJ is small) that you impact visitation, that you would have to file a motion first. When in doubt, speak to an attorney.
